Indigo can set the RGBW values for this device via the action type Z-Wave Actions -> Set RGB Levels.

Notes:

1) Indigo cannot read or track the RGBW levels of the device, but can track its ON/OFF state.
2) The secondary device created by Indigo uses the color temperature which is adjustable via the parameter in the Edit Settings dialog.
3) Using the secondary device is not compatible with setting the RGBW levels via an action. If you wish to set the specific RGBW levels of the bulb, then turn the secondary device OFF.
